FIRST NOTIFICATION OF LOSS
We offer a 24/7 first notification of loss service. Our operators will take the policyholder through a workflow enabled scripted claim declaration before immediately initiating the most appropriate course of action to deliver the best customer experience whilst controlling subsequent claims costs. All calls are scripted in accordance with our partner’s requirements and we provide full call recording.

Established in the industry for 15 years, our comprehensive service is available completely free of charge and includes:
- Provision of a like-for-like replacement vehicle
- Arranging damage assessment of the vehicle
- Arranging repairs to be completed at one of our approved nationwide network of repairers and funding the cost of those repairs
- Liaison with all third parties, third party insurers and witnesses involved – saving you time and expense
- Managing any additional claims for accident compensation – which might not be covered by standard insurance policies e.g. policy excess; damaged equipment; loss of earnings; recovery and storage costs
